对元江地区幼龄印度黄檀木材各生长轮间的解剖各参数和结晶度的径向变异趋势及它们的相关性做了全面的测定和分析,结果表明:纤维长度和宽度、导管分子长度和弦径、纤维比量总体径向变化趋势是从髓心往外呈增加趋势;纤维壁厚和生长轮的径向变异趋势是先增加后减小;导管比量、胞壁率和微纤丝角的变化趋势是沿髓心向外呈递减趋势;结晶度的径向变异趋势是先增加后减小.方差分析表明:各生长轮间的解剖参数和结晶度差异均明显.相关分析表明:生长轮年龄与各解剖参数和结晶度相关性显著,据此建立了木材解剖性质和结晶度预测模型,相关系数大都达到0.88以上.  相似文献

Knowledge of soil potassium (K) dynamics and quantification of plant-available K reserves are essential for the correct management of this nutrient. The objectives of this study, conducted in six Uruguayan mollisols, were to (i) determine the contribution of plant-available nonexchangeable K to plant nutrition, (ii) compare the ability of the ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) method and the sodium tetraphenylboron (NaBPh4) method to determine plant-available K, and (iii) quantify the effect of K fixation and release processes on the ability of both methods to estimate changes in K availability due to different K balances. In a greenhouse experiment, perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne, cv. Horizon) was grown over a period of 320 days in six soils fertilized with 0, 100, 200, and 400 mg K kg–1. We measured plant K uptake and the changes in soil K status related to different K balances using NH4OAc and NaBPh4. Use of NaBPh4 resulted in a more accurate determination of plant-available K (R2 = 0.97 vs. 0.78) and soil K balance (R2 = 0.73 vs. 0.63), but neither of the methods was suitable for identifying positive K balances. However, when positive balances were established by K addition and incubation without plant growth, both methods related well with K balances. Again, NaBPh4 was better than NH4OAc (R2 = 0.98 and 0.88, respectively). The more accurate determination of plant K uptake and the strongest relationship with K balance of NaBPh4 was due to the extraction of exchangeable K plus a proportion of plant-available nonexchangeable K. Soil–plant interactions enhance soil K fixation in forms that are available to plant absorption but are not extractable by the chemical methods considered in this study.  相似文献

选用直链淀粉含量不同的4个水稻品种,研究其淀粉体结构和糊化特性。发现不同品种的淀粉体结构、糊化特性随直链淀粉含量的不同呈现一定的变化规律。直链淀粉含量从3.43%至21.65%,其晶体类型为A型,相对结晶度呈下降趋势,消减值表现为升高趋势,相对结晶度和消减值与直链淀粉含量分别呈显著负相关和极显著正相关(r=-0.964*, r=0.997**),消减值与结晶度呈显著负相关(r=-0.960*)。米粒的背部和腹部间淀粉体大小和排列有所不同,糯性或低直链淀粉含量与非糯性或高直链淀粉稻米的胚乳结构存在差异,淀粉体排列以糯稻较紧,粳稻次之,籼稻最松。淀粉的相对结晶度可能与胚乳中淀粉体的形状和紧密程度有关。  相似文献

Ungerminated brown rice (UGBR) and pre-germinated brown rice (PGBR) obtained from different pre-germination durations were studied to investigate the changes in total starch contents of flour, amylopectin molecular structures, crystallinity, and thermal properties of starches as affected by pre-germination. Each paddy of three rice cultivars with different amylose contents (RD6, waxy; KDML105, low amylose; and RD31, high amylose) was soaked in water at 30°C for 12 h and incubated over different periods until the three stages of embryonic growth length (EGL) were achieved. The total starch contents of three-stage PGBR flour from all rice cultivars decreased when pre-germination durations were increased. The three-stage PGBR starches from the three rice cultivars had lower weight-average molecular weight (Mw) and number-average molecular weight (Mn) than UGBR starches. All starches from the three rice cultivars displayed an A-type X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD). Isolated UGBR starch from RD6 had the highest (31.33%) relative crystallinity (RC), while RD31 showed the lowest RC (26.79%). The slight increases in the RC of three-stage PGBR starches from three rice cultivars were found after pre-germination. Isolated PGBR starches from the three rice cultivars had higher gelatinization temperatures and enthalpy, but lower retrogradation enthalpy and %retrogradation than UGBR starches.  相似文献

利用广角X衍射仪、红外光谱仪、Sigma 700高性能表面张力/接触角仪和热重分析仪,比较110℃和160℃温度处理过的稻草和未处理稻草之间的性能差异,包括结晶度、化学成分、浸润性和热解特性等。结果表明,经过160℃高温处理后,稻草纤维素的结晶度降低和木素含量显著改变,导致稻草的力学强度降低,化学成分改变,浸润性变差。这些都不利于人造板的生产,因此,160℃不能作为原料的干燥温度;110℃的温度对稻草的性能影响不明显,可作为原料的干燥温度。图3表3参13  相似文献

水稻土离铁作用明显,并以耕层最为强烈.耕层中的晶质铁和非游离铁被活化、淋溶,使耕层的全铁、游离铁、晶质铁及非游离铁量均随发育度的提高而渐减.耕层下淋的活性铁在心土层氧化淀积,导致心土层的全铁.游离铁和晶质铁量随发育度的提高而渐增.氧化铁的晶胶率和晶化度在剖面中有显著的分异,其变化趋势可确切地反映出不同水型下的成土特点。  相似文献

为实现毛竹更有效的化学加工和利用,文章以3~4年生毛竹为对象,研究了脱木素处理对毛竹材径向不同部位的纤维形态和化学成分的影响。结果表明:脱木素处理对竹材径向各部位纤维宽度和壁厚影响较为显著,对纤维长度的影响则不显著;随着处理时间增加,纤维长宽比呈减小趋势、纤维壁腔比呈增大趋势;竹材径向各部位纤维素相对结晶度随着脱木素处理时间的延长呈现增加趋势;与近竹青部位和竹中部位相比,脱木素处理对近竹黄部位的纤维形态和化学成分的影响更为显著。  相似文献

Six waxy rice samples (grown at the same site during the same season) were investigated to identify those aspects of amylopectin structure and granule composition which differentiate the starches into high (Tp 77·8 °C on average) or low (Tp 66·2 °C on average) gelatinisation temperature. All starches contained less than 2·5% amylose with negligible lipid. Granule dimensions were similar (mean diameter 4·9–5·7 μm) as was the β-amylolysis limit (59·9–63·0%). However, the structural elements of amylopectins within the two groups varied. The low gelatinisation temperature starches contained two major chain fractions upon debranching with iso-amylase, F3 (DP 16) and F1 (DP 51) on average while the high gelatinisation temperature starches contained three fractions, F3 (DP 16), F2 (DP 19) and F1 (DP 40). The proportion of F1/(F2+F3) for the low and high gelatinisation starches representing on average 20·2 and 10·5% respectively. Hence, the higher proportion of exterior chains and especially those with DP 19 appear to confer the higher gelatinisation temperature characteristic of these starches. Debranched β-limit dextrins were prepared from these starches. Regardless of their origin, (high or low gelatinisation temperature), they contained three fractions: F (DP 5), F (DP 13) and F (DP 19). Hence, the high versus low gelatinisation characteristic was imparted by the exterior chains. Using 13-C CP-MAS/NMR it was confirmed that the number of double helices within the starches were approximately constant although small differences in crystallinity were identified by X-ray diffraction. Retrogradation of the solubilised native high and low gelatinisation temperature amylopectin molecules confirmed that the ‘high temperature gelatinisation amylopectin’ molecules form higher dissociation temperature and enthalpy crystalline domains. In the present investigation, soils representing ten locations and three agro-climatic zones of foot-hills of north-west Himalayas were studied to assess Non-exchangeable Potassium (NEK) reserves, its release and influence of K-fixing capacity and clay minerals on NEK release. Maximum release of non-exchangeable K was obtained in temperate zone soils (295 mg kg− 1) followed by intermediate zone (227 mg kg− 1) and sub-tropical zone soils (106 mg kg− 1), having relative soil quality index (RSQI) values of 85, 80 and 65, respectively. The quantitative analysis of clay minerals, through XRD technique, revealed that the temperate soils have more illite (averaging 62%) which holds well as a reason for high NEK reserves of 1556 mg kg− 1 in these soils in comparison to intermediate (having illite averaging 53%) and sub-tropical (having illite averaging to 49%) soils having NEK amounting to 1022 and 918 mg kg− 1, respectively. In order to study the NEK removal from the soils under investigation, maize was grown as a test crop and potassium was applied through four treatments having four levels of K (0, 15, 30 and 60 mg kg− 1) applied as KCl. The crop demonstrated significant response in terms of dry matter yield up to 30 mg kg− 1 in sub-tropical and intermediate soils while no such response was obtained in temperate soils. The percent NEK removed by maize crop from NEK reserves was 14, 25 and 20% in sub-tropical, intermediate and temperate soils, respectively. The information about NEK release, its removal as well as its relationship with K fixing capacity, clay minerals and RSQI can be used for understanding the K buffering potential of soils especially under adverse soil and climatic conditions that prevail in southwest India. The activity and crystallinity ratios of free iron oxides, and the ΔlogK and RF values of humic acids were analyzed in five soil types in the Nyu mountains, Fukui Prefecture, to examine the relation between the zonality of soils and the bioclimatic conditions under the Warm-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest climate. The characteristics of free iron oxides and humic acids were as follows: The Dark red soil, Kunimidake series was a Dark Red soil under the Cool-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest climate; the Dry brown forest soil (reddish), Tega series was a Yellow-Brown Forest soil under the Warm-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest climate; the Dry brown forest soil, Takasu-1 series and the Yellow soil, Yada series were Yellow-Brown Forest soils under the Warm-temperate lucidophyllous forest climate; and the Red soil, Oshibayama series and the lower parts of the Tega series were paleo-red soils. These results indicated that zonal soils under the Warm-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest climate were Yellow-Brown Forest soils in the Nyu mountains, Fukui Prefecture. The Dark red soil, Kunimidake series corresponded to a Hyperdystri-Rhodic Cambisol of World Reference Base for Soil Resources, WRB (FAO, ISRIC, and ISSS: World Soil Resources Reports 84, 1998). The Dry brown forest soil (reddish), Tega series, the Dry brown forest soil, Takasu-1 series, and the Red soil, Oshibayama series were compared with the Hyperdystri-Chromic Cambisol (WRB). The Yellow soil, Yada series was a Hypereutri-Chromic Cambisol (WRB).  相似文献
